The first SVWomen career seminar, "Five Common Challenges Facing Asian Women in the U.S.", was very successful. There were twenty five people attended the seminar. Professor Ni's speech was both informative and interesting. We learned not only the differences between our cultures and the American culture, but also practical tools that we can use to help improve our career and social lives.
