2026年IEEE中国智慧乡村论坛与2026 IEEE人工智能在电气工程中的应用国际会议(AAIEE，(https://www.aaiee.net/)将于2026年4月10日至13日在中国北京联合召开举行。本次IEEE中国智慧乡村论坛将邀请国内外著名院士专家、行业领袖做主题报告，聚焦乡村地区的绿色可持续发展问题，同时，探讨依托“绿色”技术革新协助全球农村地区实现清洁与价廉的能源转型的有效路径，寻求属于中国乡村的低绿色可持续发展方向。
The IEEE Smart Village Forum for China is in partnership with IEEE sanctioned (https://www.aaiee.net/) “2026 IEEE International Symposium on the Application of Artificial Intelligence in ElectricalEngineering (AAIEE)”, April 10-13, 2026, Beijing, China. The IEEE Smart Village Forum for China will invite renowned academicians and experts from home and abroad, as well as industry leaders, to give keynote speeches. Focusing on green and sustainable development in rural areas, this forum to discuss the effective path of leveraging “green” technologies to assist rural areas around the world in achieving a clean and affordable energy transition and seek a low-green sustainable development direction for Chinese rural areas.
目前诚挚邀请有关行业的专家、教授、企业家嘉宾与支持单位参与专题论坛研讨。
Currently, we sincerely invite experts, professors, entrepreneurs and guest speakers from relevant industries, as well as supporting units to participate in special sessions.

【Background Introduction】
IEEE智慧乡村委员会（ISV）专注于“智慧能源/技术、科技教育、企业发展（3大支柱）”，通过对国际合作项目的可持续影响力投资助力乡村振兴。ISV的目标是在2026年前使计划扩展到非洲、印度、南美洲和亚洲，并使5000万人口受益。
IEEE Smart Village (ISV) is dedicated to three pillars: smart energy/technology, STEM education, and enterprise development. Through sustainable impact investments in international collaborative projects, ISV works to support rural revitalization. The goal of ISV is to expand its initiatives to Africa, India, South America, and Asia by 2026, aiming to benefit a population of 50 million people.
IEEE智慧乡村中国委员会（ISV-CRC），为ISV全球五大区域工作组之一，由电力能源及科技教育领域的专家学者、教师和学生、企业家和社会工作者组成，以能源+教育+创业“三驾马车”拉动智慧乡村建设，通过国际合作的平台，帮助中国贫困地区获取廉价且清洁的能源，推动乡村“智慧-绿色-低碳”发展。ISV-CRC已经组建了多个乡村振兴志愿者团队与学生分会，协助中国企业与国际组织合作，通过资金支持和技术指导，提供乡村社区赋能的系统解决方案，推进智慧乡村项目在中国落地。
IEEE Smart Village China Regional Committee (ISV-CRC) is one of ISV’s five regional committees, comprising experts, scholars, teachers, students, engineers, entrepreneurs, and social workers in the fields of electrical engineering and new energy. The committee is committed to promoting smart village development through the “3 Pillars” model of energy + education + entrepreneurship. Through international cooperation platforms, ISV-CRC works to help impoverished regions in China access affordable, clean energy and to advance “Smart-Green-Low-Carbon” rural development. Additionally, ISV-CRC has established multiple rural revitalization volunteer teams and student branches to help Chinese enterprises and international organizations provide financial support and technical guidance, deliver systematic solutions that empower rural communities, and advance the implementation of smart village projects in China.
能源在中国乡村振兴战略中发挥着举足轻重的作用，中国在乡村振兴方面有众多突出贡献，在乡村能源绿色转型之路上不断积极探索和实践，通过构建农业能源互联网、发展乡村能源项目助力乡村地区实现“双碳目标”、加快农业现代化。
Energy plays a paramount role in the strategic revitalization of rural areas in China. As a prominent energy province, China continuously engages in proactive exploration and practical implementation of environmentally friendly transformations in rural energy. By establishing an agricultural energy internet (AEI) and fostering the development of rural energy projects, it actively contributes to the achievement of the dual carbon objectives while expediting the modernization of agriculture.
